Becoming a part of the Ramona Senior Lodge family requires just a few simple steps. Please feel free to contact us if you would like more information or have any questions. Our admission process is described below:
1) Prior to moving in, each resident is required to have a completed Physician Report. This report must include a diagnosis, medication orders, documentation of a TB test; list of allergies; and a description of functional and cognitive capabilities. We will provide you with the form, or it can be emailed to the physician.
2) Following a review of the Physician’s Report and a physical assessment by Ramona Senior Lodge, the Admission Agreement will be signed and a move-in date will be established.
3) A Non-refundable Community Fee is collected to secure the bed or room for 30 days.
4) Upon admission, the first month’s rent is due.
Please Note: Ramona Senior Lodge is a residential care program, licensed by California’s Department of Social Services as an assisted living, “residential care facility for the elderly.” Ramona Senior Lodge fees are not covered by Medicare or Medi-Cal. Ramona Senior Lodge’s agreement is month-to-month with a 30-day written notice to vacate required.
